Guild Hall Changes

Druid's Isle: corrected line-of-sight discrepancies that gave an unfair positional advantage, allowing the red Guild Lord and Bodyguard to be attacked from a close-by ledge.
Isle of Meditation: corrected spacing discrepancies by moving the blue Bodyguard out of nearby range of the Guild Lord.

Emboldened by public response to the royal bounties, Princess Salma is moving forward with attacks on the White Mantle, stepping up the profile of the targets. Adventurers are urged to do their part in freeing Kryta from the grip of the Unseen Ones' agents.


Skill Changes

 reduced Energy cost to 10; reduced Health degeneration to 1...5; removed 50% attack speed reduction.
 Energy loss is now triggered only by your non-hex Mesmer skills.
 increased recharge to 12 seconds; now recharges 80% faster if the target was using a skill.


Miscellaneous

Rebalanced the rewards for escorting Courier Falken.
Rebalanced the rewards for completing Wanted by the Shining Blade quests.
Escorting Courier Falken now has different rewards in Normal and Hard Modes.

Krytan Events

Success against Aily the Innocent lends much hope to the people of Kryta, but it comes with the realization of how much difficulty remains. With each battle, the Shining Blade and its allies face tougher foes and see the war edge ever closer to the seat of power. Princess Salma asks that everyone remain vigilant and resolute, as the worst is surely yet to come.

Adjusted the location of the Guild Lord and some NPCs in the following guild halls:
Druid's Isle
Frozen Isle
Imperial Isle
Isle of Jade
Isle of Meditation
 split for PvP; changed skill type to stance; removed damage reduction.
Oath of Protection: changed functionality to: "While the Bodyguard is alive, the Guild Lord takes no more than 30 damage from each attack or spell and takes 30 less damage each second."

Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug that allowed some War in Kryta miniatures to receive buffs.
Fixed a bug that allowed High Priest Alkar to drop Alkar's Concoction on the ground during the quest The Destroyer Challenge.
Fixed a bug that prevented Disco Balls from triggering fireworks in some outposts.

-Fast Casting

Fast Casting: functionality of this attribute changed to: "Fast Casting decreases the activation time of your Spells and Signets. (No effect for non-Mesmer skills with an activation time less than 2 seconds.) In PvE, each rank of Fast Casting decreases the recharge time for your Mesmer Spells by 3%."

-Activation Time Cap

Items and skills that improve skill activation time can no longer stack higher than 25%. Single effects that improve skill activation over 25% can exceed this cap. (Fast Casting is not included in this cap.)

PvE and PvP Changes

Assassin

 increased Energy cost to 15; increased recharge to 12 seconds; reduced movement-speed decrease to 33%.


Elementalist

 increased recharge to 6 seconds.
 increased recharge to 6 seconds; increased blind duration to 3...7...8.
 changed duration to 36...55...60 seconds; duration is no longer affected by Energy Storage.


Mesmer

 added the following functionality: "When this hex ends, you gain 1...6...7 Energy."

Eventos de Tyria

Con la reciente declaración de guerra, los movimientos por parte de ambos bandos se han multiplicado. Se han notificado varios incidentes con el Manto Blanco desde la Colina del Bribón hasta la Terraza de Nebo. Lo más probable es que estos interrogatorios y actos de opresión sean una respuesta al apoyo cada vez mayor entre la población a la Princesa Salma y la Hoja Brillante.


Torneos automatizados

Se ha actualizado el trofeo de los torneos automatizados de 2010 en el Gran Templo de Balthazar.


Errores corregidos

Se ha corregido un error que provocaba que los Centinelas de fuego pequeño sufrieran demasiada degeneración de salud en sala del clan de la Isla de Fuego.
